Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC milling machines
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
* Load tools, set tool offsets, and make program adjustments
* Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
* Make basic feeds-and-speeds and cutting-tool adjustments
* Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality
* Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
* CNC milling experience required
* Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
* Experience with CNC setups and tooling
* Ability to make basic program/offset adjustments
* Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
* CAM programming experience is a plus
* Ability to work independently and meet production schedules
