At Larimer County Department of Human Services, we strive to be responsive and provide timely resources in partnership with our community so individuals and families are healthy, supported, and safe. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic staff member to join our Child, Youth, Family & Adult Protective Services (CYFA) Division as a Family Time Case Manager temp.

Family Time Case Managers provide support and encouragement to parents of children who are victims of abuse and neglect by helping parents learn and develop parenting skills, increase parental capacity, and make progress in addressing concerns that led to their children's involvement in child welfare. This position promotes, supervises, and monitors safe family time to help parents and children develop and maintain attachment bonding. Family Time Case Managers work as part of the "family team" with caseworkers, attorneys, treatment providers, kinship/foster families, and parents and their children. This position is part-time and primarily in the community, with flexibility for some remote/office work.

A temporary Case Manager can work a variety of hours per day and per week. The hours for this position may vary between 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday - Friday, and between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. This position must attend team meetings on Wednesdays from 1pm to 2:30pm. In addition, Case Manager temps may be asked to help with tasks within the department, including providing transportation for children with scheduled visitation.

The position will be located at one of the following three locations: 1501 Blue Spruce Drive, Fort Collins, CO 2555 Midpoint Drive, Fort Collins, CO 200 Peridot Avenue, Loveland, CO.
