Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive care to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute settings. This role offers a flexible round-and-go schedule , clinical independence, and opportunities for additional income through Medical Directorships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care to geriatric and post-acute patients.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct examinations, manage medications, and order labs/imaging.
Coordinate care with nurses, NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Visit assigned facilities approximately twice per week.
Participate in limited rotation-based call coverage.
Opportunity to serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities.
Qualifications
MD or DO with training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics .
Active or eligible MA Medical license.
Active DEA license.
Skilled nursing, post-acute, or geriatric experience preferred.
New graduates with geriatrics or post-acute exposure may be considered.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
