Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $211,369 $317,053 annually
- Quarterly Incentive Plan: Up to 15% of quarterly earnings

Schedule
- Monday Friday schedule
- Option for four 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM 7:00 PM)
- Minimal night call coverage as needed
- Hospital rounding approximately once every two months
