Job Details:
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine position serving a patient-centered, small-town community
- Light call rotation of 1 in 13 that includes patients from both the clinic and a local nursing home
- Functions primarily as back-up for nursing home care, filling in gaps in coverage
- No hospital call and no OB responsibilities
- Join a multi-specialty group consisting of 3 Family Practice Physicians and 5.8 Family Nurse Practitioners
- Numerous visiting specialties available on site weekly
- Utilizes EPIC EMR system
- Excellent work-life balance with a low call model
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
- Active Wisconsin medical license required
