Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Hi,

We have an opportunity in South Bend, IN seeking a Family Medicine Physician.

LOW Patient Volume

• Start Date- ASAP
• Duration- 6 months with possible extension
• Experience- 1 yr minimum
• Certification- Board Certified, DEA, BLS, Dispensing License
• Schedule- Mon/Wed - 6am - 2pm, Tues/Thurs 1030am - 7pm, Friday 730am - 4pm

Pay - Negotiable based on experience

Strong candidates would need: 2 years of experience
