- Position : Primary Care
- Location : Soquel, CA
- Setting : Outpatient
- Schedule : Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Patient contact - 36 hours
- Admin - 4 hours
- Call : Telephone call only
- Very lightly and split between all providers
- More secondary call as hospitalists usually take call first
- EMR : Cerner
- Patients load : 18-22(FM), 16-20 (IM)
- Job Requirements : BC or BE in FM or IM
- Compensation :
- Base - 300K
- Quality bonus - Up to 30K annually
- Productivity bonus
- Credentialing : Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
