A large, established community health organization is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative care team in Salem, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to develop long-term patient relationships, practice comprehensive family medicine, and make a meaningful impact within an underserved community.

You will practice within a patient-centered medical home while managing your own full-scope Family Medicine panel across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Position Highlights

• $322,000 guaranteed first-year annual salary

• $30,000 hiring bonus

• Up to $20,000 relocation allowance

• $2,000 per month resident or fellow stipend

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE position

• 34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours per week
