We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-supported outpatient primary care clinic serving a tribal community in Rapid City, South Dakota.
This position offers the opportunity to care for patients of all ages while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a modern clinic setting with extensive on-site resources and specialty support.

- 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM shifts
- Evenings and weekends
- Rotating schedules
- 3 x 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation
