Family Practice - Without OB Physician

-Duration: Immediate start with ongoing coversge
-Location: Multiple Bay Area locations: San Jose, Castro Valley, Los Gatos
-Schedule: Monday-Friday. Will consider 3-5 days a week
-Shift: 8 am to 5 pm
-Call: No Call requirements
-Scope: Outpatient Primary care (Family or Internal Medicine)
-Patient Volume: 16 patients per physician on day shift
-EMR: Must have Epic experience
-Required: Active California License, Board Certified or Board Eligible

-Must have clean background
