Position Overview:
Salary: $240,000 $265,000 (based on experience)
Location: Openings in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Peoria AZ (100% on-site)
Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience; specialization in Family Practice and Med-Peds. No grads accepted!
Licensure: Active AZ MD/DO license, DEA, and AZ fingerprint clearance.
