St. Luke's Health System the leading health provider in Idaho and a Top 15 Health System nationally is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. As part of our Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you'll deliver high-quality, coordinated primary care with a focus on convenience, communication, and continuity. • Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with integrated care teams including advanced practitioners, nurses, behavioral health, and population health specialists.

• Participate in quality improvement and data-driven decision-making to advance patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
• BC/BE in Specialty
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke's Health System
