St. Luke's Health System the leading health provider in Idaho and a Top 15 Health System nationally is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. • Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to patients of all ages.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
- Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke's Health System
