- Income guarantee, $265,000 / year starting base. then $300-350k after year 1. Large catchment for 400k people

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine Physician
- Location Option 1: Longview, TX (1.5hrs from Dallas)
- Location Option 2: Texarkana, TX (2hrs from Little Rock)
- Typical Clinic Staff: 8 IM/FM Physicians and 8 APPs
- Schedule M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
- 100% Outpatient
- Average Patient Volume: 14-22 patients per day
