- Schedule: 4 or 4.5 days/ week. Monday Friday
- Call: Shared, an average of 1:12-1:13 Jamestown and Zionsville
- Call: Shared, an average of 1:13-1:14 Thorntown
- Base compensation: $250,000 + $15,000 quality incentive + productivity
