Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a structured, high-support outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient primary care for adult and family patient populations

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Deliver preventive care including annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings

• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately patients per day

• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed

• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and treatment adherence

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required

• Strong patient communication skills and commitment to high-quality primary care

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday Friday

• Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Alternative Schedule: 10-hour shifts available

• On-Call / Weekends: None

• Setting: 100% outpatient

Compensation

• Salary Range: $228,000 $350,000 annually
