Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Lake Worth, Florida medical office. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and is passionate about building long-term patient relationships while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment. Approximately 30% of the patient population is Spanish-speaking, making bilingual communication an important part of providing accessible, high-quality, patient-centered care.

• 100% outpatient primary care practice
• Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Monday Friday schedule, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• No weekends
• No call responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual physicals, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Provide age-appropriate care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish required
• Full, active Florida medical license preferred
• Lake Worth is an ACN location;
  eligible physicians without a full Florida medical license may be considered based on applicable requirements
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
