- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- BLS certification
- Any state medical license accepted
- Ability to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
- Clean file for approximately 90-day credentialing
- Minimum 4 Äì6 months of availability preferred Clinical Details
- Outpatient Family Medicine clinic
- Well woman care required
- General outpatient pediatric care preferred, including newborn through adolescent patients
- No obstetrics or inpatient responsibilities
- One MA and office support staff
- Level IV facility
