• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology within the past 5 years
• Active physician license and eligibility to practice in Florida
• At least 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience preferred
• Ability to interpret a wide range of imaging studies with accuracy and efficiency
• Comfort working in a high-volume radiology environment with defined turnaround expectations
• Experience using PowerScribe 4.0 is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care

• Read and interpret general diagnostic studies across CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiography, nuclear medicine, and related modalities
• Provide timely, accurate reports for a busy multi-site radiology service
• Maintain productivity expectations, including a minimum of approximately 90 RVUs per shift
• Support overnight and weekend radiology coverage needs as scheduled
• Deliver clear preliminary and final interpretations that support excellent patient care
• Collaborate effectively with the radiology team to ensure consistent coverage and workflow
• Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout each shift
