- Conduct routine physical examinations and health screenings.
- Perform sick visit evaluations and provide same day appointments.
- Manage and treat chronic conditions, emphasizing geriatric care.
- Administer immunizations and handle medication prescriptions and refills.
- Board certified in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine).
- Valid New York State medical license.
- Proven experience in primary care practice with adult/geriatric patients.
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (day shift).
- Standard 40 hour workweek; overtime may be available.
- Strong clinical assessment and chronic disease management.
- Excellent patient communication and education.
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
