- Schedule: Monday ÄìFriday
- Clinical Hours: Approximately 6 Äì8 patient-facing hours daily
- Administrative Time: Approximately two hours of inbox work daily
- Lunch: 30-minute unpaid break
- Setting: Outpatient primary care
- Call: None
- Weekends: None
- Patient Volume: At least 16 visits per day
- Patient Population: Primarily adults
- Locations: May rotate among three local primary-care offices
- EMR: Epic Requirements
- Board certified
- Family Medicine trained
- Active Maine medical license
- Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
- Prior Epic experience
- Agency credentialing completed before presentation
- Two supervisor references and one peer reference from the past 12 months
- Disclosure of overall and locum-tenens experience
- Complete professional, employment, privileges, and conduct history Clinical Details
- Acute and chronic condition management
- Annual wellness visits
- Post-hospitalization follow-up
- Medication refills and advice requests
- Testing and results follow-up
- Referral management
- General ambulatory primary care
- No specific procedures required
- Practice support includes approximately 12 physicians and 15 APPs across four practices
- No resident or fellow supervision required
