Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Schedule:

• Monday Friday
  
• 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
  
• No call
  
• Full-time coverage required (40 hours/week)

Shifts Available:

• Day shifts only
  
• Outpatient Community Health Center
  
• Guaranteed 8-hour workday

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient Family Medicine
  
• Community Health Center
  
• Up to 21 patients per day
  
• Newborn to Geriatric patient population
  
• EMR: Epic
  
• Dedicated Medical Assistant and full clinic support
  
• Basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care

Assignment Dates:

• Start: August 10, 2026 (ASAP based on credentialing)
  
• Duration: 3 months with possibility to extend
  
• Credentialing timeframe: 2 3 weeks

License & Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
  
• Active Washington License Required
  
• Active Washington DEA Required
  
• Clean background required (No malpractice history)
  
• COVID & Flu vaccination required
  
• BLS/ACLS (if required during credentialing)
  
• Epic experience preferred

Additional Details:

• Monday Friday schedule with no call
  
• Community Health Center serving newborn through geriatric patients
  
• Experience with underserved populations is preferred
  
• Spanish or Russian speaking providers are a plus
  
• Travel covered (Flight up to $700 RT, Rental Car up to $2,000/month, Lodging up to $3,000/month)
  
• Name clear required (CV required before submission)
  
• Overtime only approved if daily productivity exceeds 21 patients
  
• Providers should be comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
