Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Join WCS Healthcare Partners, a leading multispecialty practice in Essex County, NJ, dedicated to providing high-quality care. We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated family and internal medicine physicians to join our growing practices.

Responsibilities

• Work at a site open 7 days a week with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday. Expect to work 5 days, including 1 weekend per month.
• After 6 months, you may move to a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule if desired. Note: Everyone works 5 days in July and August.
• Comfortable working with adolescents and adults, as some locations include adolescents but no true pediatrics.
• Receive a 30-day orientation with 1-hour per patient, building up to a maximum of 28 patients over a 10-hour day.
• Utilize the MediTab EMR system.
• On-call duty one week per quarter, telephone calls only, with an expectation of 2-3 calls per night.
• Focus on quality care, with weekly reports outlining services provided and quality initiatives such as referrals, wellness, and patient reviews.

Requirements

• Residency training in family medicine; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Board eligibility or board certification is required.
• A license in NJ is required at the start of employment.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (not limited to medical terminology).
