Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting October 12-December 11 at their Corporate Health clinic in Denton, TX. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including Well woman care. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. TX DEA is preferred; well woman experience is required. Staffing level is 1 provider, 1 Medical Assistant, and 1 Behavioral Health counselor.
