- Patient Population: Outpatient primary care, family medicine patients
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Responsibilities: Provide full-time outpatient primary care, manage patient panel, participate in shared call rotation, collaborate with onsite and hospital-based specialties
- Required Procedures: Routine family medicine/primary care procedures
- EMR System: Cerner
- Support Staff: 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers; onsite lab services
- Days Per Month: Full-time, Monday Friday schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: Shared call rotation 1:4
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain
- Clean malpractice history
- NPDB self-query within 30 days
