- Family Medicine Primary Care
- Cleveland, OH
- Outpatient Primary Care
- M-F: 8am - 5pm schedule
- 100% Outpatient Medicine
- Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, etc.
- Group has 5 locations and 21 other Family Practice providers
Requirements:
- Ohio State Medical License
- Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Open to J1 or H1B visa as needed
