Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Join WCS Healthcare Partners, a dedicated team committed to providing quality healthcare to an underserved patient base, primarily consisting of Medicare and Medicaid patients. We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician specializing in adult medicine. This role offers a supportive environment with a focus on comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient volume of 10-12 patients per day, with a maximum of 15.
• Conduct 1-hour appointments for new patients and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Utilize on-site resources, including behavioral health and pharmacy services.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no night or weekend shifts required.
• Participate in on-call duties via phone, one week per quarter (approximately 1:12).
• Oversee nurse practitioners, clients, nurses, and medical assistants, and report to the regional medical director.

Requirements

• Must be an experienced provider with practice experience in community health.
