Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, multi-specialty medical group serving communities throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. You'll provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population while working alongside an extensive network of specialists and support staff dedicated to delivering coordinated, high-quality care.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No evenings
• No weekends
• 100% outpatient practice

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Perform routine physicals, wellness visits, screenings, and preventive care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers when appropriate
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records within the EMR system
• Foster strong patient relationships through effective communication and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Spanish-speaking proficiency required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse patient population
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Hospitalists seeking to transition into outpatient primary care are encouraged to apply
