Practice & Cases

• Outpatient family medicine and preventive care
• Pediatric and adult primary care
• Well-child visits, sick visits, and annual examinations
• Hypertension, diabetes, medication management, and preventive screenings

Schedule

• Monday through Friday coverage
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Flexible weekday schedule structure
• No nights or call responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Ohio medical license required
• Ability to treat children age 2 and older preferred
