We are seeking a Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a collaborative, mission-driven team in a full-time inpatient role delivering high-quality care across the lifespan-from newborns to geriatrics-in a unique mountain setting.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
• Team Model: Collaborative care environment with physician and APP support

Requirements & Scope

• Board Certified in Family Medicine and active certification ACLS, BLS, or PALS
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing newborns and pediatric patients in an inpatient setting
• Level I Nursery (well-baby care)
• Inpatient Pediatrics, including Pediatric ICU
• Adult Medical/Surgical inpatient care

Compensation

• Base Salary: $375K plus
• Additional quality incentives and sign-on bonus
