Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (2-3 Days/Week Available)

Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Health Clinic

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM/9:00 AM - 6:30 PM No On-Call No Weekends

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient primary care team in Antioch, CA. This opportunity allows physicians to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages while working in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

• Serve as the Primary Care Provider (PCP) for an assigned patient panel.

• Perform physical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Interpret laboratory and imaging results and communicate findings to patients.

• Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.

• Deliver telehealth services as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EHR).

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, chart reviews, and clinical meetings.

• Supervise assigned Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) when applicable.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• Active California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).

• Current DEA Registration & BLS Certification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Preventive Medicine preferred.

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, community health, or outpatient practice preferred.
