Family Practice - With OB Physician

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

• Outpatient primary care setting
• Approximately 18 patients per day minimum
• Mix of adult and pediatric patients
• Epic EMR
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No hospital or surgical privileges required
• No admissions or rounding
• No APP supervision required
• Support staff includes 1 RN and 2 MAs
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• Some chronic pain management may be included

• Board Certified in Family Medicine Required
• Board Eligible candidates may be considered if they are truly BE and within 5 years of residency completion
• Active California medical license Required
• Active DEA Required before start
• BLS Required
• DO candidates will be considered
• Candidates must be willing to enroll in Medi-Cal ORP (Ordering, Referring and Prescribing) if not already enrolled

Ideal Candidate: Board-certified Family Medicine physician with an active California license and DEA who is comfortable providing outpatient care to a mixed pediatric and adult population in a Monday Friday clinic setting.
