Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments to diagnose both acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop, coordinate, and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient s needs.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care and enhance patient education.

Requirements

• Clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Valid NY State License.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Current DEA Certificate.
