Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a PRN clinician (0.1 FTE) to support our Family Medicine and Urgent Care teams . This is a "best of both worlds" opportunity: the autonomy of a traditional outpatient practice backed by the resources of a premier, physician-led health system.

• Scope of Practice: Traditional outpatient care with procedural opportunities available for those interested.
• Clinic Hours: Family Medicine is open Monday Thursday 7:00 am 7:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am 5:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am 1:00 pm. Walk-In Care is open Monday Friday 8:00 am 6:30pm, Saturday 8:00 am 2:30pm, and Sunday 8:00 am 11:30am.
