Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a NEW practice in Sarasota, Florida.

Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP FNP) or Physician Assistant in our Sarasota market. We are seeking a well-trained, compassionate, enthusiastic provider looking to provide exceptional care in our employed practice.

We are located in the highly desirable area of Sarasota, FL, which is on the West Coast of Florida and close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the country Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key. The community is known for its excellent public and private schools and a vast array of activities for all ages to enjoy.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Join a multidisciplinary physician group specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.
• Full-time, clinic-based position
• Average of 18 patients/day
• Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM
• Acute/sick, wellness, and physician overflow visits
• No after-hours evening or weekend call
• EMR system: EPIC
• New office location is scheduled to open in January 2027 on Bee Ridge Road

Requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of three years of advanced practice provider (APP) experience providing comprehensive care to patients across the pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Graduate from accredited APRN or PA program
• Certification in professional specialty
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
• BLS
