Total Compensation: $140k-$150k
A mission-driven healthcare organization based near Queens, NY is hiring Advanced Practice Providers to join their patient care team!
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference through direct patient care, health education, and community outreach.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
- Take patient histories, make diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform well-care exams, including gynecological histories and physicals as needed
- Write prescriptions and educate patients on their medications
- Track and follow up on referrals to specialists and outside agencies
- Support immunizations and phlebotomy as needed to keep patient flow smooth
- Promote health education on topics like preventive care, nutrition, chronic disease management, and family planning
- Provide occasional coverage at satellite locations in Brooklyn and Queens
- Collaborate in case conferences and support the development of medical protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Unrestricted NYS PA or NP license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus
