Weiser Memorial Hospital - rated as one of Idaho's best places to work - is seeking a Physician with OB experience to join our Family Medical Center. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment to patients of all ages, including obstetric patients , addressing a wide range of medical and psychosocial concerns. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team with access to a wide range of additional services locally, including orthopedics, general surgery, cardiology, podiatry, and wound care, further enhancing your ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care.
A healthy work-life balance is emphasized with a 4-day clinic work week , allowing personal time while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. In addition to clinic responsibilities, this role includes inpatient care with a 1:4 week call schedule , which may involve some occasional overnight shifts, though we aim to support the team to ensure balanced workload distribution. Low-risk OB services are available with C-sections being performed as part of the hospital's capabilities.
Our Family Medical Center is expanding services to meet the needs of our community. You will quickly build a thriving practice in a community built on authentic relationships --patients and physicians are far more than just recipients and providers of care.
