Compensation

• $210,000 - $220,000 annual

Requirements

• Medicaid or Medicare credentialing required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Board-certified or board-eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics
• Active New York State license, DEA certificate, and current BLS required
• Proficiency in Spanish or a Southeast Asian language is preferred
