- Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with possible 4.5-day work week

- Inpatient call coverage at a maximum of 1 in 3, including nights and weekends
- Average patient census of 25 patients per day in a traditional clinical setting
- Hospital-employed position with a community-focused nonprofit Critical Access Hospital
