Family Medicine

Family Medicine, Board Certified or Eligible Physician needed.

36 clinic hours, 4 admin in 4-4.5 days per week

Phone call only (shared with 6)- no hospital

Some work at Nursing home can be performed instead of at clinic.

Bottom line requirements we need notes on with candidate submittal:

1. Board Eligible or Certified Family Practice Physician.
2. Interest in long term practice in the area.
