Practice Info
- VA outpatient primary care clinic
- Member of VA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
- Approximately 12 scheduled patients per day
Responsibilities
- Chronic disease management, including hypertension, diabetes, CAD, PTSD, and depression
- Preventive care, including physicals, screenings, immunizations, and wellness visits
- Acute care for conditions such as respiratory illness, wounds, dermatology, ENT, and GI conditions
Compensation
- $120 - $145 hourly
