Family Practice Physician

CompHealth is seeking a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician for an outpatient-only position in Fuquay Varina, NC. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse and expanding patient population in a fast-growing community with a small-town feel, while being close to the resources of the Raleigh-Durham area. The physician will work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends, and will supervise advanced practice providers.

Practice Info

• Outpatient-only position with no hospital duties
• Patient census of 20 - 25 patients per day
• Supervising role overseeing 2 - 5 advanced practice providers

Shift & Schedule

• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with 36 patient-facing hours
• Rotating weekends every 4th Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 3 pm
• Weekend shifts reduce weekday schedule to 2 twelve-hour shifts

Requirements

• Board-certified family practice physician required
• DEA license required
