Practice Info

- Manageable patient census of 15 - 20 patients per day

Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of services including acute illnesses, minor injuries, immunizations, and preventive care
- Manage chronic conditions with specialist referral coordinators on staff
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
