Compensation
- Annual salary range: $250,000 - $350,000
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $3,500 CME stipend

Requirements
- Must hold unrestricted MD or DO license with the State of Washington Department of Health
- Valid DEA license required
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) or must obtain within 6 months of hire
