Family Practice PA/NP — Impactful Primary Care Leader

Southeast Medical Group (SEMG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in its outpatient primary care clinic in Georgia. The APP will function as an extension of the physician, delivering chronic and acute care, with a focus on prevention, care coordination, and patient education.

Minimum requirements include NP/PA program graduation, active licensure, DEA, and BLS. Preferred candidates may have 3 years in primary care, ACLS/PALS, and Spanish language skills.
