Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting and supervising primary care providers
• Lead practice transformation and medical home model implementation

Compensation

• Annual salary range of $275,000 - $342,000
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay

Shift & Schedule

• Monday - Friday with one late evening and one Saturday
• Medical Director role: 24 hours admin and 16 hours clinical
