Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Requirements:

• Board-Certified FM or IM Physician (ABFM, ACOFP, ABIM, or AOBIM)
• Active Vermont medical license and DEA
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of primary care physician experience
