We’re seeking a dedicated and mission-driven provider to join a highly collaborative clinical team delivering comprehensive, continuous primary care to patients of all ages.
???? About the Opportunity:
As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll provide direct, high-quality care to a diverse patient panel, working alongside a team of Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health professionals, and support staff in a collaborative model that prioritizes both access and outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Conduct physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage chronic and acute conditions
- Refer patients to specialty care as needed
- Supervise and collaborate with clinical support teams
- Participate in on-call coverage
- Promote health education, prevention, and wellness
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and infection control
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Massachusetts
- DEA, DEA-X, and MA Controlled Substance License
- ACLS or CPR/AED certified
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
