The Family Physician will provide preventive, diagnostic, and ongoing medical care for patients across all stages of life. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality care, promoting patient wellness, and collaborating effectively with fellow healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform routine physical exams, wellness visits, and preventive screenings
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution (APNP for Nurse Practitioners)
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
