nPosition Summary:
nNeighborHealth is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care team in Boston. Physicians benefit from a sustainable schedule that includes 32 clinical hours per week, minimal call responsibilities, and strong interdisciplinary support.
nSalary range: $229,200 – $271,200 based on years of experience.
nJoin one of the largest community-based primary care systems in Massachusetts while caring for diverse Boston communities in a mission-driven clinical environment.
nPhysicians may also be eligible for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and Massachusetts State Loan Repayment Programs.
nFull-time and part-time opportunities may be available.

Physicians join an experienced primary care team supported by Medical Directors and Associate Medical Directors who prioritize collaborative practice and physician support.

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

DEA registration

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Bilingual Spanish or Arabic language skills are welcomed, though professional interpreter services are available to support patient communication.
