The Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a part-time, on-site Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to children and adults in a community health setting. The FNP will perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and deliver preventive care and patient education.
